All prices include use of the kitchen and other facilities but please be aware that a 2 hour minimum rental applies. Daytime hire normally ends at 5pm if there is an event later in the day. Evening hire will normally start at 5pm and sometimes earlier if the hall is not in use that afternoon. We will always be as flexible as we can!

  Hourly Rate Block booking
Meeting room: £10 per hour £70 for 8 hours
Main hall:  £20 per hour £150 for 8 hours
Whole hall:    £200 for 8 hours
Funerals:   £100
Children’s parties:   £90 for 4 hours main hall


£1,500 for the whole weekend which includes exclusive use of the whole hall from 3pm Friday to 12noon on Sunday.

£300 for the use of our licenced premises for a civil ceremony. Registrar fees are not included in the prices and must be arranged separately.


£100 pitching fee. Our large lawn is ideal for erecting a marquee for your special event and the pitching fee is levied to cover maintenance and repair of the lawn.

Bar & Corkage:

If you require our bar, hirers will pay the bar staff wages. If you intend to serve your own alcohol then a corkage fee will apply.

The Hall at Marthall is now open in line with Government guidelines.

To ensure we remain open and our visitors can be sure of a COVID secure experience, we require ALL hirers to review and complete a COVID19 risk assessment. The hall is staffed between 9am and 11am on Monday mornings. At other times, please leave a message and we will get back to you.
If you are organizing a fundraising or other public event such as a meeting or class and would like to alert people in the local area, please let us know and we will publicise it free of charge on our website.
