X-HAIL with Ali EXTENDED CHILL SESSIONS
Delve in to an evening of relaxation, dedicated purely for you.
An evening where you have permission to fully rest, to fully relax and to fully reset your nervous system, bringing with it a state of calm to your being.
An evening offering you the time to just be…giving you the opportunity to just breathe…allowing a release from the stresses of daily life with each & every exhale.
Don’t worry if you have never practised meditation before, or think it’s not for you, as this modern method of meditation is available to every single one of us.
There’s no whale music or having to bend yourself into a pretzel shape.
It’s really easy to do and like everything it’s a practice, the more do it, the easier it becomes to bring yourself to a relaxed state of being settled in stillness and calm.
You’ll be listening to modern tracks in your most comfortable position and will be guided, by me, through the whole session including easeful breath-work, gentle mindful movement, mostly seated, and meditation.
With pure essential oils being used & diffused in the room to help the process of relaxation deepen even further.
There’s time to chat at the end, whilst enjoying a herbal tea with likeminded friends & if you so wish, you have the option to choose a guidance card, to help you on your soul journey.
Simply come as you are, be as you are, and leave the session as your most contented self, with the skills to bring more calm in to your wider world.
You’ll also receive a goody bag to take home to help extend your bliss.
