Find Your Way Back Home – Somatic Yin Yoga with Lucy
With over ten years of experience teaching yoga full-time, Lucy specialises in somatic healing and trauma-informed practices that support deep, lasting change. Her classes offer a deeply restorative space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your body, moving beyond simply stretching into true embodiment.
Blending traditional yin yoga with somatic techniques, Lucy gently guides you to shift from observing your body to fully experiencing it. Her approach is rooted in helping you feel safe within yourself, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner clarity.
Each class is thoughtfully themed, exploring meridian lines, energy centres, and myofascial release (MFR) technique, helping you understand where tension is stored and how to safely unwind it.
Through long-held postures and guided somatic awareness, you’ll be supported to release stress, process emotional blockages, and build resilience from within.
This is a nurturing space to pause, reset, and feel truly at home in yourself.
